    We offer free Next-Day, Two-Day, Standard shipping on all domestic orders.


    DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?


    We offer worldwide shipping. Free Next-Day, Two-Day, Standard shipping is not valid on international orders.

    Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control.     ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?


    Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes


    Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday-Friday


    Next-Day delivery only available to UK Mainland and excludes the Scottish highlands


    Next-Day delivery only available for orders made before 2pm GMT


    WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?


    If an order is delayed due to a building or fulfilment issue Vibox will contact the customer to inform them of the reason for the delay and advise on the new expected delivery date. If there is a courier issue with delivery, Vibox will contact the customer should the courier require any further information (e,g, in the event of an incomplete address or delivery refusal).
